Beginning player - advice on 40 Zal deck

So, I started playing last Friday and have really begun to love this game. I've played around with a few decks, but here's a 40 card Zal deck I'd really like advice on.

    Hero

    1x Zaladar

    Allies

    4x Keldor
    4x Infernal Gargoyle
    2x Brutalis
    4x Plasma Behemoth
    3x Belladonna
    2x Medusil

    Abilities

    2x Soul Reaper
    4x Mind Control
    2x Life Infusion
    2x Bloodlust
    4x Shriek of Vengeance
    4x Bad Santa
    2x Here Be Monsters

Should I trade out the Bad Santas for more Life Infusions? Do I have too many Mind Controls (really, really love that ability)? Trade out Medusil for more Brutalis? I'm still learning, so any advice is welcome. Cheers!

    Decent build.

Remove HBM for Life Infusions. Do not remove MC. Consider 2 Discharge. 4 Santa good.

I would remove Bella and put in Chimera. Bella's too weak. But not an essential change.

You will want to do this:

    T2: Brut
    T3: Keldor/Garg
    T4: Bella/Chimera - Zala's blast
    T5: MC / PB - Zala's blast

I personally do not like Brut. Weak in late game.

U don't have sparks - I like it. too weak and too situational.

The deck will do relatively well in 40 card format. With many players still playing at 30, this deck will be at huge disadvantage.

A few cards are crucial for success. you need to draw them. MC, Garg, and PB.
