Matching Bug - rating gap 200 over [reviewed]

I'm 220 or around(going under) rating player.

I found I fought against rating 0 player today.(yashichi vs teo155)
later I fought against lvl 4 player(rating 38)

It's not fun,yes I can win them easily,but unfair.
They don't have Aldon,Aeon,Raven,Jasmine.
They are using Dirk,Sandras.

Not good to beat newbies completely.Please fix matching system.

I created a new "test" account and started playing challenge mode (Boris deck) right away after buying 1 card @cost of 380 gold.
First 4 battles:
1) 0 (me) Boris vs (0) Amber Rain. Win (pretty even match) +20 gold, +100 xp
2) 76 (me) vs (215) Majiya. Loss (was surprisingly a close match, had opponent down to 2 hp) +25 exp
3) 64 (me) vs (201) Majiya. Loss (horribly 1 sided-didn't hit opponent at all until very last turn)+20 xp
4) 60 (me) vs (48) Elementalis. Loss (opponent had first turn advantage +3 fire snakes out right away) +8 xp

My main account is rated in the upper 190's and highest was 203 (was rated high 300's before the rating reset) so I'm not exactly a new player. I agree completely that the rating system should be tweaked. If someone is rated under 100, they should not face anyone over 100. If they are over 100, they should not face anyone over 175. People over 200 should not be able to face anyone under 175 rating. This would make for more fair matches (in theory).
