Aeon was a change, not a nerf. For my deck it has been a huge buff, so don't generalize.

Leave Nightshade alone.
Fire Snakes are high in Vitamin D.

This card seems fair in the current metagame. If i were designing the card myself I would certainly give it a test as a 2/1 but I can see why a lot of people would be gun shy on that move. Any card that DEMANDS a removal spell (especially a 2 drop) has an obvious potential for OP shenanigans.
Agreed nightshade is fine (no need for a change). If you don't want to use him opposed to blake then don't, but I've got to say he is a great ally to have. Nightshade + assassination can take out even an aeon in one hit with the cost resources of course, but then you loose a meesely 1 attack. So, in my opinion he is great for many occasions.
i think that nightshade is fine as is, but if you wanted to increase rouge popularity, i would consider making him 1/2 instead of 1/1, the change would make almost no difference, especially since nearly all spells are greater than 1 damage.
i think it's more of a perception thing, he just looks weak..
Making nightsade 2 damage = OP
You cannot attack him... he can also attack without receiving damage. The only way to take him down is with items.
1 damage is FINE
But his health should be 2.

Make nightshade damage and health scale like spark >
And cost 1...
Kidding... It's fine atm, especially as it combines well with rogues other abilities.
I say nightshade's health should go to 2. He only looks weak because of the 1/1. Give him a 1/2, now he's on par with fire snake except better. However, EVERY spell out there deals 2+ damage, so he's still a one hit kill anyway.
