Hi, I'm new to the game and I'm enjoying it a lot so far (iOS version), so I decided to pre-order the physical cards, but when I try to buy a deck I get this error: "Error: The email entered is not a valid Shadow Era account." Which is weird, because I've been playing for a few days now.
I really want to buy a physical deck so any help would be really appreciated.

Check your email that you use to log in with. The game doesn't actually check to see if it's a real email, it just registers it. So you may have typed it wrong the first time and just never realized it.

I tried playing through the website too, but it says it can't connect to the database.
There's been a few other posts complaining about problems with the server. That might be what's causing the issue.

Weird, it worked now. I bought the physical deck, but now I can't login to the game.
Yes, probably the server being half down, or just flooded. Maybe try again in a few hours.
