GondorianDotCom won. It was very close though. Both players were hoping to topdeck to victory, and GDC had more luck.

I wanted to put you on the ladder but you hadn't signed up for the website. I didn't want to have to start making up passwords for people and sending them out, so I decided (very late last night) that it's just tough luck. Sorry!

Starting position doesn't matter much anyway. Just start playing some games and the best will rise to the top.

Quick Q: in a best of 3 can you change deck/hero between the best of 3 games?

No. It's a single match. No changes within a match. If a one game match, then you can change deck (except Hero) before an Instant ReMATCH - if you both are happy to play one. (There is no RIGHT to the Instant Rematch in these rules, cos people had good reasons to scrap it.)

Hope that is clear now. If I had had more time, I would have written the rules better!

BTW, I have seen some people signing up on the site for the 40card ladder when they said they wanted to play 30 only. If you have signed up by accident, I can move you into the 30card ladder when it goes live

Let me know by PM, if you want to drop from 40 and only play 30.
