ive been trying to get free shadow crystals by doing the free downloads and so far im getting nothing and ive done 3 of them. i also tried to buy them in game and it tells me i can't that i need to make an account in the sandbox environment so i have no clue and all my buddies who have the game have never had this problem. so can anyone help
update: still nothing what do i do about not being able to by from the app store?

you can contact superrewards that you don't have offers, i did this last week and now i have lots of free offers like cityville and etc
@oryk On the buy Shadow Crystal page, after you've entered your email address, you'll see it mentions an email address you can contact for issues with Shadow Crystals. It's right below the logo at the top.
