      Shadow crystal questions

      Hi there, I have 2 questions regarding shadow crystals. Will I ever be able to buy them on my android phone? I keep getting the message that I cannot buy them on this device. Also, I signed up for Netflix through your free crystal link and have not received my crystals in almost 3 hours. I did use a different email than the one i registeres with on shadow era, will that make a big diff even though i used your link? Thanks for your time, love the game.

      Not sure why you can't buy Shadow Crystals one your Android.

      Regarding the SuperReward offers, sometimes it takes a couple hours for it to process. If it's been over 24 hours and you still haven't been awarded, there's instructions on http://game.shadowera.com/buycrystals.php?login= to email SuperRewards support and they'll be able to assist further. Having a different email doesn't matter, it's awarded through your Shadow Era user ID.
