I mean... it's just glorified-rice-over-cooked-in-herbs-and-sauces. and I like rice to start!

Now... raw mussels and oysters... that's gut wrenching.

smells like raw fish but isn't fish? gushy and sinewy? tastes like... err... I can't describe it.

I mean... what happened? who invented eating this thing?
did no one invent fire and civilized cuisine, so some guy says, hey, what the hell, if I can catch it, I'll eat it?
or maybe, a bunch of frats decided to race themselves to the beach, and the last guy there has to eat whatever the others feed him? what happened to good old traditional rotten egg!??
or maybe, this is some sort of ancient bravery test: see who can pull off eating the most disgusting thing?

Can't say I tried Limburger. but I think I agree someone must have been a little desperate to say... "hey this looks rotten. it smells rotten. and it probably tastes rotten. I'll eat it anyway. <bite, munch, swallow>. Hey what do you know! it tastes great!??"
