Again, impressive artwork. I haven't check the FAQ, but I can't wait to get into the actual mechanics so I can better evaluate the card as well as the art.

Excellent questions! The card can be used against an enemy hero, as it says "target" and not something like "target ally". So in that case, would you always want to use it against the enemy hero? Well, sometimes there are troublesome allies that you should take out first. There are also some abilities that will clear effects on cards.

This effect does not stack against a target, since when the target is already on fire, he can't be "more on fire". It is made clear what the available targets are when you select the card, because they glow in the game.
