Shadow Crystal Not credited

HI there,

I jst made a purchase of 500 shadow crystal.. I have chek my itune store and the amount of monies have been credited for it.

But when I log back into the game, I found no shadow crystal whatsoever in my shadowera game account.

What could have cause this to happen? I have contacted CS, and is presently waiting for them to repy.

Sometimes it may take a few hours. You may want to try logging out(currently, you'd have to close the app) and logging back in. If the purchase is not processed after 24 hours, please send support an email with the iTunes invoice email attached and they'll be able to resolve this for you.
