This is an age old problem, why hasn't it been fixed yet???

It's so frustrating! What is wrong with the programers??!? Just fix it! Every single multiplayer game deals with sync issues but they have code to handle it and they all work fine. If you have to redo the base code and use another language, then do it. If you need to hire more people, then do it! I love the game but this problem stops me from being able to play competitively! I won't put money into this game while it's like this.

At 15:05 pm I was playing Amber

I felt the game was going well, and was leading, but not really dominating. Suddenly, after turn 8, I was handed a draw. What causes this? Sync error? There were no strange symptoms during play, nor when I went back to review the replay.

What constitutes legitimate circumstances for a draw in this game, and why does it appear that players can drop out of any game they aren't winning and not be penalized?

I cannot know that my opponent didn't drive into a tunnel, but I know I wasn't offered a draw, and probably wouldn't have accepted one unless my opponent seemed to be having a serious, RL problem.

He possibly quit and I got a defeat after the screen froze on his sacrifice phase.

- I was ABOUT to win and he forced a defeat through sync error. It's obvious that this is being done on purpose because it almost always happens when I'm about to win.
- Why is there no response regarding this issue?!?!?!?!! Just tell us how the progress is coming along so we don't feel like we're talking to a wall and so we tell other people that you guys have great customer service, because right now I would never say that...
