Do the Entry Fee: 100 Shadow Crystals taken from normal server or test server's account?

I assume the crystals will be rewarded to the account that is paying?

Are the rogues going to available for the tournament because I dont think they are ready for use... To overpowered

I do not think that they are overpowered. Against a no-ally Nishaven deck, a rogue deck has nearly no chance imo.

I know several players using no-ally Nishaven deck. So do I. And of course the deck has its weeknesses, but mainly against Gwenneth and Amber. But Snow Sapphire is the perfect answer for these. Jericho and Majiya are not simple to play with my deck, but I beat more than I was defeated by them. Other heroes are more or less easy to defeat with this deck (with the exception of the Elemental heroes perhaps).

Back to topic: Rogue deck is not overpowered. Many heroes have their means against them.

and no ally nishaven is NOT tier 1.because:
no item destruction.
