We’ve made some important changes this year, as we prepare for some heated competition for the next World Championship!

16 Player WC Finals:
1 returning champion from 2021
4 from guild tournaments including Crown and Slugfest, hosted by TJ, A1, SET, and BT
6 from Pro Tour (+2 WC reserves): Earn points from using the new automated tournaments system throughout the year. Pro Tour Finals in January with top 32 in points battle in swiss for 6 WC tickets and 2 reserve spots used if WC players don’t show
3 from Rated: top 100 every month get their score/pts summed, and top 16 every 4 months (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr, May/Jun/Jul/Aug, Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec) battle it out in double-elimination mini Rated Finals in May, Sept, and Jan. The score is reset every 4 months.
2 wildcard tournaments with entry fees in December

Each of the qualifying tournaments will have a prize pool of $500 for 1st, $250 for 2nd, and $100 for 3rd

WC Grand Finals (16 players)

$4,000 first place
$2,000 second place
$1,000 third place

Top 8: complete digital foil playset (4 of each CotC, DP, SF, LL, CP card in foil)
All other Grand Finalists (top 9-16): 50 digital cards of their choice
All Grand Finalists (16 players): WC2021 Grand Finalist sleeves

Sorry just a question, top 16 every 4 months rated qualifier, is it regardless of who wants to play the qualifier or do people get asked down the list until there are 16 people to play the qualifier?
