    Post Gravebone and Aldre

The issue: Currently, Gravebone bringing back Io Void Leviathan doesn't trigger its buff. But Lyra Blackrose will trigger only after the effect completes. Aldreides currently does get triggered. To make matters more complicated, Bloodfang currently does trigger Io Void. Cleary, there is a discrepancy when exactly "activated with shadow energy" is triggered.

In the code, "UsedShadowEnergy" is called after the effect is resolved. Io Void Leviathan has some specific hacks to not trigger when it should have with Gravebone.

There are two options forward for consistency sake:

    1. UsedShadowEnergy is called before the effect is resolved. Io Void Leviathan will not trigger (current behavior), Aldreides will be changed to not trigger, Lyra will trigger before the effect and potentially negate Bloodfang's effect.

    2. UsedShadowEnergy is called after the effect is resolved. Io Void Leviathan is the only card that is changed from the current live implementation, and it will now trigger from Gravebone. Card text should change "when an ability is activated with shadow energy" to something like "when an ability is used with shadow energy"

It should be before the effect is resolved. Otherwise there ald is just a huge problem on t4 with gb. Lyra and bloodfang interaction also makes sense, bf triggers then lyra triggers and can potentially discard the ally that was supposed to be summoned.

If the unit is in either the graveyard or your hand, these abilities shouldn't trigger, since the unit isn't actually in play when something happens. For example, Gravebone bringing back any unit from the graveyard shouldn't trigger any ability of that unit, since it's technically not in play when Gravebone uses his SE. The same thing should apply to Bloodfang when he uses his SE to play something from your hand.

I voted for 2, but really I think that a card text change would be best. "When an ability is activated with Shadow Energy, ..." can be changed to something like, "After an ability that was activated with shadow energy is finished resolving, then ...."

Is it an option to have both as two separate passive ability?
I think Io Void should die to Elad se ability, and with GB ability, he should come back +1+1. However, I think Lyra should make opponent discard before she leaves the board.

So Lyra is #1, Io Void is #2, Aldreide is currently #2 but we can change him to #1 to not trigger with GB. But is it too much coding to do?

Everything has to be consistent though, if abilities are worded too similar but have different effects then it won't be clear to people what will happen...
