I'm having this problem both on PC and on Android.

I've updated the game to v4.090 and I can't start the game.
When I try to log in, I get "Ok. Loading..." and then nothing happens at all.
When I leave the game and go back, I'm logged in, but when I click "Play", it says "Contacting server...", the message quickly disappears, but nothing happens.
