Special Delivery change to neutral ability

this should be a neutral ability, it's a cost higher than the dammage and could boost the female mage and be a good out for shadows to use

Somewhat doens't make sense being a Neutral since the art is a human guy delivering to some unhuman thing. That's all I came here to comment on. No input on other aspects.

if i ever see a special delivery in a deck all i think is "nneeeewwwb" it's the same with dirk.

The one Human hero that has a potential place in a deck for Special Delivery

is Boris

. It is currently the only quick way he can inflict three damage on the opposing hero. If a Boris

deck has multiple Shield Bashes (a good idea), it might be worth swapping one (and only one) out for Special Delivery

.

As for making it a Neutral ability, I think that makes sense - if only to save the card from complete obscurity. Granted, all shadow heroes already have access to Plasma Behemoth

, but again, that is not a quick source of damage, except for mages via Portal

+ 8 resource. Especially decks built around Lone Wolf

would benefit.

needs a boost.

This card is a bit weak right now. What about this: It costs 5 and change the text to say "target opponent (opponent only) takes 3 damage and skips their next draw phase". Gives you direct damage and fucks up their card draw a little. It can be the "counter" to shadowspawn.
