Question Phoenix Urigon readied "at the end of each turn"

Phoenix Urigon is "readied at the end of each turn".
Apart from the turn during which it dies and comes back in play ablaze, why/where does the "each turn" matter?

edit: I can't reply to Veles' explanation, but I now understand. I didn't think about the case where the turn was the opponent's. Thanks!

When allies enter play they are exhausted and also after attacking. Your allies are being readied only at the end of your turn and not your opponents. So if Phoenix dies on opponent's turn without this specific wording you wouldn't be able to attack with it on your turn, but would need to wait turn after. If anything Phoenix should be even more specific and say it is readied at the end of each player's turn.
