BUG FIXES

- Fixed an issue with multi-target spells and abilities
- ex146 Dragon's Tooth should not gain attack when brought back from graveyard, eg by Yari Plunderer
- sf002 Aramia would make the game get stuck when using the ability and there is nothing to pull
- ll098 Black Market damage from an empty deck should be unavoidable, eg from sf016 Guardian of Unaxio damage reduction
