      A note so there is no confusion. You can only use the armor on ally that is not exhausted. So you can't target allies that were just summoned, unless they have haste or are readied in some way, or on allies you attacked with and that got exhausted because of it or are exhausted in some other way. You can use it on ready frozen and disabled allies though, since those effects do not keep allies exhausted.

      Looks pretty good. Pretty strong. A pseudo cantrip effect for 3. With fta / board control I think this item could be seriously oppressive, but I like the power level.
