      Fan of blades vs Earthen protector's ability

      My game (BT Nomen Nescio) vs BCAM15, turn 9.
      I had on board Earthen protector, Night owl and some other allies. My opponent played Fan of blades and killed with it my Night owl. This activated Earthen Protector's ability, he was killed and Night owl returned to play with buffed stats. But my opponent wasn't able to attack Night owl again.
      Isn't it a bug? I think that Night owl after returning to play was a new ally, so it wasn't the same target for Fan of blades.
