To sign up, an entry fee of 500 shadow crystals is required (they will be taken automatically from your account once you sign up). Sign up page will be up until one hour before the start of each regional tournament. Every player can only sign up for only one regional.

Once you sign up in the document please post in this thread your telegram username so we can add you to the regionals official chat. This is not mandatory but it will help to the tournament's organization. I highly recommend making a telegram account if you want to join and you are not in the official shadow era official telegram chats.

Prizes:

+ 5 prize packs to all participants (only if you play at least 3 swiss rounds).
+ top 4 from each regional: 20 PAC + wc2019 grand finals entry.
+ top 5-10: 10 PAC.

Every round is planned to last around one hour so join knowing you'll be able to stay all the time the tournament will take. There won't be reimbursements of the entry fee.

Rules

1- HERO and DECK LOCK throughout the tournament. You must name your deck as “regional2019” to be checked during the tournament in case of any problem. Card swaps will mean disqualification. No decks or cards are banned.

2- Best of 3 all matches. You must play the 3 games to add in case of needing tiebreakers. Random start in game 1 and 3, alternate who starts in game 2

3- Tiebreakers: in case of a tie between two players in the scoreboard ranks, three tiebreakers will be applied.
a- match/round wins
b- match result against the tied player.
c- set wins.

In case of more than two tied players, a round robin tiebreaker will take place.

4- Disconnection means a win in that game (not the match/round) for the opponent unless he/she agrees to replay. Sync errors must be replayed with the same player going first.

5- Signed up players must confirm their participation during the hour before the official starting hour. Anyone failing to confirm participation in time will be disqualified. You confirm your participation by saying anything in the official tournament chat in telegram or in case of not having telegram, by posting in this thread.

6- Organizers/Kyle has the last word in any decision related to these tournaments. Any problem with your opponent or the organization, direct it to the organizers (telegram usernames will be posted below).
