WC2018 Regional Qualifiers

Players already qualified to WC2018 can't sign up for regionals.

Each player can only sign up with one account, and for only ONE Regional so pick right (ip of each participant will be checked in case of multiple accounts from the same player or any other attempt of cheating).

This tournament has an ENTRY FEE OF 500 SC. These fee will be used as prizes (quantity TBA).

Signing up will finish 1 hour before the tournament's starting time (check above). Check in will take place from once sign up finished until the exact starting time of the tournament. Check in will take place in this same thread and in the Telegram chat created specifically for these events.


Rules, format and how to qualify to the WC2018.

It will be a 5 rounds Swiss tournament with different tie breakers explained below:


Tie breaker 1: Wins vs tied participants
Tie breaker 2: Game/set wins
Tie breaker 3: Pointing difference



Rules:

1) Any kind of deck, that respects following rules, will be accepted.

2) Officially banned cards will be banned in this tournaments too.

3) Deck lock during all tournament. Any card swap or change quantity of cards in your deck will mean direct disqualification. This will be checked through the SE system so no cheats will pass unnoticed.

4) This is a 3 games match per round and all 3 games must be played to add in case of needing tiebreakers.

5) Involuntary and confirmed disconnections or sync errors will be treated as having to replay that single game and not the entire round.

6) Tournament organizers will have the last word and their decisions will be final.



How to qualify?

Top 4 of the swiss board will directly qualify to WC2018. In case of a tie which won't allow having 4 clear qualified players, after exhausting all tie breakers and still have a tie, a mini playoffs will be played immediately after swiss rounds end between all tied players.
