At approximately 11pm GMT on 18th July, there was a major outage at our hosting provider, which left our servers unreachable for about three hours.

When our servers eventually returned, the main live server had suffered catastrophic disk failure. We tried to repair it but unfortunately we have had to restore from backup, which has lost approximately 40 minutes of action from the database that happened before the outage.

Any in-app purchases made in that time have now been manually granted, using a separate log we keep which survived, but unfortunately we can't manually fix up any other state like game results or purchases with shadow crystals or opened packs or saved decks. Everything has been restored to what it was at 6.14pm server time (22:14 UTC/GMT).

We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused by this very disappointing situation and will do our best to arrange some appropriate compensation within the next 24 hours.
