Shold:Tempest Gorge can make Disciple of Aldmor return to hand

Disciple of Aldmor has immunity to abilities activated with shadow energy. She can immune Rothem's and Elementails' ability. Why Shold: Tempest Gorge's ability (activated with 2 SE) can return Disciple of Aldmor to controller's hand?

It shouldn't I don't think, unless there was something else effecting Disciple, like a Layarian Diplomat taking away its passive ability.

I have tested and confirmed that this is a bug. Nothing took away the passive ability

I chose elementails and used shold to return my disciple to my hand while fighting against ai (there was no ground shift) . This bug allows rouge to steal opponent's disciple. Therefore, it needs to be fixed
