[Tournaments Organisers] How to request sponsored prizes to your tourney?

Hello, Shadow Era fans!

This is a guide for helping you to learn fast the step by step of what you need to do to request Board of Directors for sponsored prizes for the tournaments you host.

Step 1. Make sure you will have a challonge.com link to track results of your tournament: https://challonge.com

Step 2. Once your tournament finished, go to Shadow Era forum on Organized Play section and create a thread to describe your tournament, containing rules, amount of players, 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed (3rd only when applied) and the link to the Brackets: http://www.shadowera.com/forumdispla...Organized-Play

Be sure that your tourney follows official ban list:
. Crescendo

. Armor of Ages

. Lay Low

. Into the Forest

. Soul Reaper

Step 3. Go to the sponshorship thread on Shadow Era forum, Organized Play section, and ask for board approval to your tournament, with the link for your tournament thread: http://www.shadowera.com/showthread....v3-60-onwards)

Step 4. Once you have received an answer from Board of Directors on your sponshorship request post (Step 3), you will have to send an e-mail to support@shadowera.com requesting the prizes distribution, with 4 info: the link to challonge Brackets (Step 1), the link to tournament thread (Step 2), the link to sponshorship thread (Step 3), and the in game names of the players who will receive the prizes.
