Ravagers are my favourite tribe, and Rothem one of my favourite heroes.

I dont think he is easy to play, but with hasted allies he can work really well.

I played this deck some months ago, and with LL2 realease it got a nice boost, with Chaos Engine.

The main problems I face with Ravagers are Anarchic Loothing (so this deck is tough to win vs Garth), and Braxnorian Soldier (so if you're facing ANY human deck save the only Lythian Shackles to him). I added Spectral Sabre because Rothem can use it for 5 attack, if needed, or to save any of your allies with a Crippling Blow on it (you have only a few allies on this deck, so you won't spend Sacrifical Lamb at them). Sabre can also activate your armor, so I believe it's a good card on this deck.

Thriss Assault Plinth is a powerful card, which can be used for buff and also as mass removal, and Crown of Ages can be used with similar effect.

And, the most important thing, try to not sacrifice for resource any Thriss Crucible and Spitfire, and NEVER, NEEEEEEEEVER, sacrifice Ravager Zealot, he and Chaos Engine are the main cards on this deck.

Recommend machete for moonstalker instead of spear

In this deck, Crown of Ages is kind of a 4x Card. Reason being that you always have slow starts and sometimes that is your way to survive early rush from some fast decks.

Turn 2 Chaos Engine
Turn 3 Blood Frenzy
Turn 4 Crown of Ages + Spitfire Hellhound gives you some nice recovery from early push of opponent. Or even Crown of Ages + Meltdown.
