Forgotten Horror & Charred Cowl of the Damned

Hi.
I had on the board Forgotten Horror that was not ablaze and Charred Cowl of the Damned. Horror was killed by opposing hero and then it was saved by CCotD and set ablaze. But opposing ally that was on the board didn't take damage and wasn't frozen.
I think it is a bug. Horror should freze opposing ally and deal to him damage on entering (in any possibile way) game. Allies that are saved by CCotD return game after they are killed so in fact they enter game from graveyard (if they are killed that's where they go).

Edit: As far as I remember in some previous version of the game (long ago) it worked correctly - CCotD was activating ability of Horror and Kiruth: Thadeus Vault.

Hi,

Horror's ability is:

When Forgotten Horror enters play during your turn, all friendly non-Undead allies are frozen for 1 turn and the opposing ally with the highest attack takes 4 ice damage and is frozen for 1 turn.

When Horror dies on opponent's turn while CCotD is in play his ability doesn't trigger.
