      Stun Turret - 3cc Neutral Artifact - 3 durability
      0SE: Target opposing ally loses all passive abilities until the end of the turn and takes 1 electrical damage. Stun Turret loses 1 durability at the end of the turn.

      This is neat, this card would make Lightning Quarry much more usable to every class

      Nice way for everyone to counter passives. Aldmors might like it, as it has SE activated ability, and counts towards Aldmor Conflux.
