Damn, Priests getting amazing stuff for this set. Another cheap attachment with attack boost, plus a nice effect for Jericho to take advantage of.

Because it's an ally buff while you're waiting for a good time to deal the damage, plus Justicar Alysia makes it 3 damage to each opposing ally. Also Ice Storm costs 3.

On that note, it almost feels like Ice Storm and Arcane Burst were sorta "switched at birth", winding up in the wrong classes, lol. Mages got the arcane damage card while Priests got the ice, whereas nowadays Mages have more ice and Priests have arcane.

I see and when combined with lingering essence yo will get 2 see back. But it does not loop like embers so maybe it's still quite expensive to invest that much into this card.
