Aldon the Brave at 380 gold

sits at 380 gold. Previous speculation suggested all cards would ceiling at one increment below double its starting value. Since Uncommons start at 200 gold and all Uncommons seemed to plateau on 350, that's where the conjecture came from.

With this recent happening with Aldon

, I wonder if that ceiling will be surpassed and that there is no real limit in place.

Glad I bought him early and cheap... I wonder if we'll be able to play the market. Buy 50 cards cheap now, and sell them for a profit later. I'm guessing this is why the "less than double the price" limit is there.

Don't rares start at 400? Uncommons range from 200-400 (or just less or whatever)

Yes, Uncommons, not Rares. I revised that sentence but forgot to revise parts of it ^^.

EDIT: Oh yeah.. forgot to say, I blame my mistake on Killtrend cutting back on my medicine.

with 500k+ players the market will most likely readjust quickly. if people get crystals and get an overstock the market will be flooded with extra cards and create deflation. i'm a free player and i have almost 4 of each card except the new weapons/armors though i have enough to buy them except i think the ones i didn't buy are that playable.

aldon is most likely the #1 card bought for human allies.

I don't think the market like this will fly. Specially with people dumping starter decks like crazy on it. I also don't think it has enough movement to be a proper economy

That theory has proven false already. I saw Soul Seeker

bow at 700. Because it is a Rare card, it should have capped at 600.

All these leads me to believe the price hikes are just some random number Kyle came up with. This conclusion came from the fact that I've seen 10 gold increments, 50 gold increments and 100 gold increments, all from just one single restock.
