Interesting idea for a draw card. Costing 0cc makes it very appealing as you don't have to slow down to play it, with the exception that the first cast (assuming you haven't discarded any, which I'm not sure why you would, but with Praxix, Harbinger, ect. its bound to happen) technically costs you a card. Midrange and Control decks would be ideal for this kind of card, using it as their supplemental draw.
