    So when are the restores gonna happen? Is it gettong looked at single? Or are you guys rerolling everyone to before the blackout happened?

    I was in the same boat as you waiting for over 24 hours, so I decided to send support@shadowera.com another email. I got a response from Kyle within 2 minutes and now my account is restored. I suggest you do the same by providing him with your email and username. Hope this helps.

    Haha, yes; just because I sometimes act like an adult, doesn't mean I can't be an adolt. My previous post was just replying to what jiminee was saying to me in his post. Just another one of my intentionally hypocritical comments for my amusement since I make alot of posts that make no logical sense whatsoever.

    Hello;

    I've a big mistake with my account, (on y pc) they want to choosse a new hero???? it could reset my account ????
    I don't understand the reason it happened, i've played shadow monday and tuesday no problem.

    What i've to do????
