Question on Exclusive Campaign cards

The cards i've come up against seem to be exclusive to the campaign. how do I unlock them? or are those lost lands part two cards??

I don't know which cards you have come up against, but the Campaign cards are available in Campaign Packs for sale in the Merchant.
