Data gone?

I just managed to log in and I have to choose a hero for my free starter deck?
I had already started a few days ago.
Does anyone else have this problem?

yes .. it seems they have a database issue. i guess all we can do is wait and hope they successfully restore the database from a backup

yeah i also have the same problem, first i could not log in (password error) and now i have to choose a new hero, very angrily :-/

Should we not keep playing as to prevent problems merging characters or loosing future information?

I selected a new starter deck just to see if it would pull my card collection from the database when it loaded. No luck, it's like a new account.

Please restore accounts from last backup before server crash.

I made numerous card transactions and deck changes between the original downtime and the database reset. Some official guidance would be greatly appreciated here, seeing that most players don't want to mess up data they've worked hard for and/or paid for. It seems everyone is in the dark on this.

I cant access any saved decks. not the biggest deal but they are all gone too. (When you click load I mean)
