    Valid arguments to play stall

I saw many people were arguing about stall as a viable play style and that we absolutely should be fine with it as the parr of the game. Now let me be clear enough, there can be many different stall decks, but I am talking about only those who really preventing your opponent to do something but just sit there and watch you gambling with you cards on your turn (like stallvox). Again this is not a thread about making debates, so please do not write about how do you hate stall here. It is a thread for stall lovers instead. I want them to post really valid arguments and reasons why they choose this particular play style.

Here I will make a short recap of pro stall arguments you guys will write below.
    List:
    1. Win the most games
    2. Joy of moving pieces around
    3.
    ....

Rush, Stall, whatever. Players choose the playstyle they can probably win most games. We had an area of rush Decks and players started to tech against them. It's the same with stall now. It's kinda popular now but players will hopefully tech against it too.
So the only reason I see to play this kind of decks is winning. But only if u know how to play stall.

Best way to get rid of stallers is to buff tech cards

Not every player is or expects to be top-rated.

I suppose Spike plays stall if/when he expects it to win more often in the current meta, so that he can continue to dominate.
Johnny will play stall whenever it seems like a fun way to be even semi-successful. If he thinks he can win 4-, 5-, or 6-times out of ten, he'll give it a go.
Timmy wants to see if he can draw the perfect opening hand, and pilot it all the way to victory, or see if he can salvage an odd start. He just enjoys moving pieces around. It doesn't matter so much how often he wins, he simply enjoys the challenge of trying....

The problem is that a game involves 2 persons (at least).

A reasonably designed game should not cater for a strategy that makes one of the players sit through a long and miserable game.
A valid argument may also be made that it should not be possible for a person whose enjoyment comes from making other people miserable to be able to do so in a game (or in life in general, but that's another story).
