New Player Bundles
Aimed at new players wishing to accelerate their card collecting, we've added five bundle offers (one per Human class) that give 3x the value compared to other in-game purchases. These can be found in the Bundle Offers section of the Merchant when you have one of the heroes available when signing up in your current deck and each can be bought one-time only.
e.g. When you have Boris as your current hero, you would have access to this bundle:
To make it fair to everyone and avoid having to arbitrarily decide who qualifies as a "new player", these deals will be available for a limited time for all players.
Booster Box Bundles
If you love opening booster packs (who doesn't?), we're now offering bulk purchases at a significant discount in the form of booster boxes.
Yes, as of 3.51, you can now buy Call of the Crystals, Dark Prophecies and Shattered Fates packs by the booster box (24 packs) to open at your leisure. Each box also comes with a random sleeve from 7 new ones added using artwork from the relevant set.
For example, the Call of the Crystals bundle looks like this:
For ease of reference, here are the sleeves available for each booster box:
CotC = Armored Sandworm, Plasma Behemoth, Campfire Stories, Good Ascendant, Evil Ascendant, Selfishness, Bazaar
DP = Spirit Warden, Fleet-footed Messenger, Morbid Acolyte, Wulven Savage, Outwitted, Mindless Ferocity, Sanctuary
SF = Knight of Unaxio, Murderous Hulk, The Bigger They Are, The Harder They Fall, Curse of the Aldmor, Overwhelm, Confluence of Fate
These sleeves will not be available individually for at least 3 months, and we guarantee that multiple box purchases will yield no duplicate sleeves while you are still missing one.
Premium Foil Bundle
For foil fans, we have a bundle of 12 Premium Foil packs at discount with a random sleeve from Ogloth, Kairos and Dakrath.
As with the Booster Box Bundles, these sleeves will not be available individually for at least 3 months and we guarantee that multiple box purchases will yield no duplicate sleeves while you are still missing one.
Additional Recent Server-Side Updates
The Campaign mode now has full dialogue for Map 1 for each of the Call of the Crystals Human heroes and the difficulty of those missions has been tweaked to more fairly line up with your choice of 1-star/2-star/3-star.
All Campaign chests now give a random foil from Call of the Crystals usable by the current hero. (1-star gives a common foil, 2-star gives Uncommon foil, 3-star gives rare/epic foil.)
The new Best Score Leaderboard has been active since 1st October and has helped the very best players of Shadow Era to highlight their skills and performance against others in Rated matches.
What's Next?
In the coming days, we will reveal our development roadmap, which includes Lost Lands Part 2. In the mean time, we thought you'd like to see a couple of new artworks that have been completed recently for LLP2.
As always, please keep your feedback coming so we can continue to improve things for everyone!
