Heroes not in pre-made decks

I've been doing world quests and buying all the pre-made decks to get each hero. However, I've purchased all the pre-made decks now, and when I click on the deckbuilder there are still like 15 heroes I don't have. How do I get those?

If you bought them all, then you should have them all. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the Premium Decks didn't automatically build for you. When you open the deck builder, hit "clear" (your deck will clear, but is still saved) then it will have you select a hero. See if you have any of the heroes from Shattered Fates. Please let me know if you have them (it would confirm that your purchases were successful, but the decks didn't build for some reason). If you do, all you have to do is either make a deck to use the hero.

I also noticed while looking at the shop that the premium decks don't show you what's in them in the description. I'll make note of that for a change later.

are the shattered fates heroes in the premium decks? I only bought the ones that clearly say they contain a hero.

ah, just tried, and yes they are. Also, they are actually in the Buy Cards list, just buried somewhere, not with the other heroes. I had to check only SF cards to find them.
