    10-Star chest gave me cover of night.
    EDIT: I now remember I might get a Raven from 20-Star chest, but couldn't confirm. None from 30-Star and another 10-Star chests.

    You got Ghostmaker for the 30-star and Birgitte from the other 10-star. I can see they are in your account, but unfortunately the current client doesn't support a collection refresh after ending a Campaign mission, so you need to wait 5 minutes for that to happen to see them. You should have got a message at the end of the mission that triggered the chest to open telling you that you got each foil, however.

    Thank you very much! The 5 min waiting time indeed explains all. I must have checked collections before the client refreshed.
    Regarding the message, I guess the message disappeared before I was able to read them.

    No problem. I did deliberate about not making this change until we can update the client to cause an auto-refresh of collection, but I knew this kind of resolution was possible in the short term and hoped it would not affect many people. Sorry for the confusion! Hopefully the foils were worth it.

    Once all 10 CotC humans have their 1-10 mission dialogue in the next couple of days, I will put an in-game announcement for that and mention about the random foils in chests and the 5 minute wait (or log out and in again) for them to show up.

    The proper way is email to support@shadowera.com but it will be escalated to me anyway so you could just PM me on here. You'll need to tell me your player name and which hero(es) you want resetting.
