I get a 2 second delay after performing an action, is this a disadvantage for me?

I want to climb the ladder and be competitive. Sometimes when I play a card I get a 2 or 3 second delay before I can end my turn. I feel like this gives my opponent an advantage since he can see what cards or actions I performed before ending my turn. Id rather be able to quickly end my turn. A alot of players do this. They play a card and immediately end their turn

The delay you see happends after specific cards are played, because the game makes more calculations. Experienced players recorgnise your cards by picture imediately and know what that card does in no time. Your skill, your deck and the matchups is whats important to climb the ladder.

Btw you can view opponents played cards in your turn if you dont know what they do

Any sort of delay is not giving your opponent an advantage. They can just see what's on the board during their turn anyway.

I thought that my 2 second delay gives them 2 extra seconds every turn to think about what to do and how to react. It may not be a big issue but I feel like in high level matches those extra moments they have that i dont gives hem an advantage

Nope, the delay is real for every player. I agree that it shouldn't exist, though, just for the sake of seamless play (like most other digital ccgs offer) but it doesnt give your opponent any advantage.
