858 is the last "normal" score i have a screenshot of, after 900 it starts from 0 again.
got him to 1004 but it looks like 1004

You should still give it a go. I don't think 20 attack is the max weapon value, it's just that the AI ran out of allies for me to attack and we both had no cards left!
