Did i miss an anouncement on reversing deck save purchases?

I have recently noticed all my deck save slots ive purchased are gone. When i try to purchase new ones it doesnt do anything?

Is this a current known glitch or bug in the game that came with an update?

Its pretty strange actually. Returned a couple days ago after a year-long break. And found 600 shadow crystals on my account. Thing is, I have a feeling i should have either more if I didnt use them back than, or less, if I did. And it is pretty strange that it is a round number too. Was there any refunds?
