      Rating decreasing after a win?

      I am reporting this bug for IGN: Ka Neo1900.

      He states that his rating decreased after winning a game in quick match. Please see photo atrached.

      His rating goes from 337 (Bloodfang) down to 336 (Praxix) after winning a game.

      He says no games were quit early between those two.

      Apparently this is the product of the QM system. I don't understand it myself but had it happen to me multiple times. Something to do with the amount of games you play and the level of your opponents. I would like to see further explanation though.
