Due to the strong opinions on the power rankings I am making some changes to it

1. The monthly guild power rankings will use points to grade instead of a percentage but the ovr rankings will have a percentage of the avg amount of points by a guild in the 2 months time or more

2. Instead of having 10 guilds in next month there will be 9 instead due to a change that I will announce later

3. Winning or getting 2nd in bigger tournaments will get you more points instead of before where all tournaments were all equal
