I've reported this a while ago and its still not fixed.
Situation: Conversion played on ally while at hero at full health.
What is meant to happen: The ally dies.
What happens: The game blocks this play because it thinks its smarter than me.
Info: Sometimes its highly strategic to kill my own ally and I've literally lost games because of this 'child-safety' coding. Sometimes I want to use up card in my hand. Sometimes I want to make sure my ally doesn't get exiled. Sometimes I want to make a graveyard play. I could go on. This extends to a lot of cards including Energy Discharge.
