Lots of people offering draw in 250-300 range

It's an option, and not one that can get you far, you really can't get to the top by drawing.
But an option non the less. Either accept it or don't and play on. It's truly not an issue, unless your oppent spams offer draw constantly, then it's annoying. But still you do not have to accept it.

Besides, if they want a draw w you all so much, you must be OP and we should see if you can get nerfed!

Have been im just sad that people let them get that high of rating from using The Draw system.

This is not possible, you have to play games to get the rating, you can stall the decay system with draws, but you cannot get high ratings drawing.

hmm...no one has ever offered me a draw that I can recall. Not in the 5 years I've played
