Updater is Freezing

I have not logged in since the patch. My updater makes it 100% through the load game and then freezes on "checking for updates". Play button is dimmed out. I tried to fix via "Download and Repair" and I also downloaded and reinstalled the exe. from the web sites. Still no luck.

I am using 64 bit Windows 7

Please advise.
