I'm still trying to find a workaround, it's the top priority to get a fix out asap...

During my playing today I noticed that when I was out of the house and had my WiFi turned off that I did not freeze at the end of the match. When I returned home I connected to my WiFi and after my first game I froze up. I turned my WiFi back off and played a game and did not freeze.

It was just my experience, so I thought I'd share. It didn't make sense to me, either.

So this was against the AI then?

Regardless, it seems it is a bug with the latest version of Unity, which we update to because it has other fixes in. But this is so serious that we are going to roll back to the same version of Unity we used for v3.16 and change Smite so it doesn't use whatever made that version of Unity crash.

Yes, against the AI with an alternate account that I was testing out a deck with.

same thing on my phone. Completely random. Two diff versions of android, doesn't matter win or lose. If it doesn't freeze the first time it will the second time.

I can confirm that the game freezes on WiFi. When playing on mobile data (against AI or QM) everything works ok.

Thanks. It's exactly the same for me still. I've tested it everyday.
