Probably through the exclusive sales that get put up on the website once and a while. A couple of them are also exclusives to people who backed during the Shattered Fates Kickstarter and certain participants in the World Championship. There also the memorial sleeves for Caitlyn0, who was one of the community's most cherished members.

Thanks for the reply Daemon, it's been a while since I've been active so there's so many new cards and things I need to learn about. Sorry to hear about Caitlyn0's passing, I think my first deck (Eladwen) was based on one she posted here in the forums long ago. She'll be missed.
