Card art without the card?

Is there any way to find the artist source?Smashing Blow, Skervox, and Nishaven/Ter Adun's alternate art both lend themselves to being excellent wallpapers, Fan of Blades and Frying Pan too.

Some arts are available as high-resolution wallpapers at the Media tab at the top of the forum.

You can find what artists did each art by going to the Shadow Era wiki (in my signature), where each card has a link to an artist page, most having a link to that artist's devianatart. Although I can't promise that all artworks have actually been posted at each artist's deviantart, and I'm not sure at what quality.
