Seek for a card and exile all the copy of that card from target player's deck?

Interesting idea, but as Index brings up the wording needs to be more specific. Is it just one card, or is it all copies of a card like Index says? Can you select which card or is it random? Exiling all copies would be way too powerful for 3cc (like, "Oh, you hadn't drawn any of your Tidal Waves yet? Well now you never will."), also being able to view your opponent's deck would be too good.

I guess there's always the opportunity of using it on yourself, but the only way that would be particularly advantageous is if Racksul: Warped Desert still worked on your own cards.

Yup exiling all copies of the targeted card would be way too powerful for a 3cc card if maybe it would be increased to 5cc then I think it would be possible.

Oooooh Racksul would be a nice combo. Exile anmor's call or blood frenzy for example, retrieve it with Racksul and then cast it on yourself.

Maybe as an artifact that says name a card opposing player can't play it till this card is destroyed
